2024 Legislative Session
The Maryland General Assembly reconvened on January 10, 2024 and will sit for 90 days, adjourning on April 8, 2024. You can find out where specific bills are in the process by checking Current Status of Priority Bills under The Latest, or follow bills on a particular issue on each issue's 2024 Session page. Each week, we post a blog on our Home page providing a summary of recent events and upcoming matters, including bill hearings, important votes and approaching deadlines.
As ever, we will need your help in moving Maryland closer to Beloved Community. Please provide feedback or ask a question if you cannot find something, and keep an eye out for our weekly Digest every Monday and alerts on how you can make a difference in passing important legislation.

Using the Teamup Calendar:
To see what is coming up during the week, select "Week" in the dropdown on the upper left (the default is "Month").
Clicking on a calendar event shows its details, including time and location (e.g. House Judiciary Committee). For more information or to participate in an event/hearing, please contact the Task Force Chair for the particular issue.
Each issue area is color-coded. The default for our site is to show all issues (and UULM-MD overall events). In the column on the left, click an issue to remove it from view. To see a single issue, remove all but the one you want to view.
This page is updated frequently, so keep checking back to stay on top of events.
